Naval Letter Chapter 5

Dear Mr. Rabbit.
Today is a rather special day, and nope, its not good friday.
Its good resting day.
I slept for a total of 4 hours 'nap'
And I was shocked but the amount of sleep I took today.
4 freaking hours.
I planned to have a 20min sleep, but nope, it went to 4 hours of sleep.
But right after seeing the time, I know I have not really done anything productive,
So I get up and went for a run, I planned for a short 15min run just to perk myself up, and you know what?
I ran for 30mins and did some muscle exercise at the exercise coner, totaled of 1 hour exercise.
And on hindsight, im rather inconsistent with my sechudule, over slept and over run.
Hmmm...
Back to some real work, I got approached on Linkedin by a founder of a fintec company and goanna have a zoom meeting with him tmr and see how I can help his company, which I dont really have much intrest right now.
Gonna see how's things goes tomorrow at 7:30am,
And I approach one of the leading Singapore Digital marketing Influencer to volunteer for his company for a position in copywriting and marketing, and the conversation seems to be stuck as I say I want to provide value but have no idea where to start.

It's rather interesting and bold move for me considering me not being pro-active in approaching people.
But today seems to be different, and I'm learning (and growing).
Read chapter 1 of Psycho-cybernetics, and the summary of chapter 1 is, whatever I put inside my mind will greatly affect my output, which means, what I consume, think, and beliefs will become the real thing, think positive = act positive, and likewise for think negative. (Input=Output).
And this made me think, my past made me who I am today, and I need change, big change NOW, for a brighter better future.
